Royal Gourmetburger & Gin

Royal Gourmetburger & gin, Bergen! This used to be one of my favorite places when I was a student. It has been a long time since I visited this place but I realised little has changed. First of all I would like to say that the buns are amazing. It says on the menu that they are baked every day. I had a burger with brie and honey. The combination was very tasty. However, adding truffle mayo was a bit overkill. The meat was also a bit overcooked. The fries were thick, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A great combo.
